TROLLEY FEED DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

In the feeding systems developed by Güres Technology engineers, it is aimed to reach the easiest and homogeneous way to eat the chickens.

It is also important that the chickens do not lose food while consuming food as well as the easy access to the chickens during the feeding process. Thanks to these specially designed feeders, feed loss has been reduced the most.

There are three different types of feeding systems provided for our systems. In the egg production and egg laying chick enlargement cages, Trolley feed distribution system and the chain feed distribution system are offered as an option. In the broiler cages, a spiral feeding system is offered as an option.

Feed trolley feeding system is fully automated. It is produced from hot dipped galvanized sheet iron and painted sheet iron. Apart from the poultry, the feed of the conical base feed silos supplied by Güres Technology to the poultry house with the help of the steel coil transport system is controlled and discharged to the feed boxes connected to the feeder car. The feed discharged into the feed chutes is distributed gradually to the feeders located on each floor of each row.

Feeders are specially designed to distribute feed in equal amounts to each other in the chicken cage systems and to prevent the feed from overflowing the feeder. With this system, feed wastage is minimized and fresh feed is provided to the animals. In addition, the possibility of choosing a chicken is removed from the center, so that the whole of the feed content is consumed by the chicken.

The bait cars are driven by the steel dagger in the special structure located on the top floor of each battery (row). Feeding time can also be adjusted from the automation panel, so feeding times can be adjusted automatically.

Thanks to specially designed feed distribution apparatuses connected to the feed cages, the feed is sanitary, homogeneous, mixed and even feed distribution is ensured. Feed losses have been reduced to a minimum. The feed distribution can be given at the desired level with the 4-stage feed setting feature of the feed distribution apparatuses.

The system can be operated completely depending on the automation as well as being used manually.

The working periods of the system can be adjusted by time clock.

When the switch on the panel is in the manual position, the automatic operation system is disabled by the user. The movement of the feed distributors  is provided by the buttons on the board in two directions, forward and backward. With the switches on the cage (two switches, front and rear), the feed car can be stopped at the desired position.

When the key on the lid of the control board that enables the system to operate is set to automatic position, the system is taken in automatic operation mode and the movement of the feed distributors is adjusted according to the needs of the chickens.
