BR 135 MODEL BROILER CAGE
The materials used in the main structure of the cage consist of high standard hot dip galvanized sheet and wire materials. All galvanized sheets and wires used in cage constructions and cage sections are ISO 9001 certified. Galvanized coating ratio and shape; it is vitally important to prevent deformation caused by fertilizer-induced acid, rust and mold. Deformations in the cages cause shortening of the life of the cage, as well as the health of the animals in the cage. As Güres Teknoloji we are aware of these details.
Cages are designed to be unaffected by ground movements. Each 120 cm has a 2 mm thick cage leg and large legged pads placed under these legs. In addition, the cage system is fixed with 1 steel pulling dowel in every 5 legs.
Cage Sections
The sections are in size of 2400 x 1350 mm. The pitch of one section is 750 mm height. The side walls are made of galvanized steel. The cage base is manufactured from a special, robust and at the same time flexible plastic material. There are 8 plastic bottom drawers in each hole. Thanks to the flexibility given by the special design, the comfort of the animals is ensured. The animal to be slaughtered; manually due to the lower plastic sliding system, to drop to the bottom plastic tape withdrawn is provided.
Feeding System
The system with spiral pipe and bowl feeder is fully automatic. The feed is stored in tapered silos with 6 legs outside the poultry. Specially designed corrugated side wall sheets and vertical joints give extra strength to the existing construction.
The feed is automatically distributed to feed reservoirs in front of the queue, thanks to spiral coils passing through the pipes of 125 mm diameter from the silos. The feed is automatically transferred to the plastic feeders available in every hole by means of a 45 mm diameter spiral pipe and electric motor gearboxes. Feeders are designed to provide the chick's access to food from the first day. There is no need for additional special feeders. Thanks to the reduced measurements, more space is provided for the chickens.
With this system, feed wastage is minimized and fresh feed is provided to the animals. In addition, chickens have the option of choosing a meal, and the entire contents of the feed are consumed by the chickens.
Water Drinking System
For chickens, drinking water is transported to the nipple water pipes by natural or controlled flow management via antibacterial water reservoirs located in front of each floor and row. There are 2 pieces of PVC pipe between cage holes, cage head painted, nipple made of 8 pieces of red plastic and stainless steel material in each bone and 1 water dish.
There are 1 mm thick PP manure bands that extend along the cage under each cage line and floor and allow for perfect cleaning of the gravel. The fertilizer falls on these bands and the 1 HP fertilizer band is towed and cleaned by the gear motors.
The fertilizer transferred to the horizontal manure discharge conveyor at the end of the coop and the rollers and scrapers on each floor are transferred to the vertical manure discharge conveyor located outside the coop.
At the same time, these bands are also used to wipe out the chickens to be shredded. This allows the chickens to be collected with less time and less labor.
Broiler Transfer Conveyor
The portion of the system that corresponds to the back of the cage inside the building is elevated and raised to the level of each layer of fertilizer and broiler bands during the transportation of the broilers. The outer part of the conveyor is telescopic and designed so that the broiler will know when to go under the vehicle. On this page, chickens can be transported by car.
