BDY-60 MODEL QUAIL CAGE

The materials used in the main structure of the cage consist of high standard hot dip galvanized sheet and wire materials. All galvanized sheets and wires used in cage constructions and cage sections are ISO 9001 certified. Galvanized coating ratio and shape; it is vitally important to prevent deformation caused by fertilizer-induced acid, rust and mold. Deformations in the cages cause shortening of the life of the cage, as well as the health of the animals in the cage. As Güres Teknoloji we are aware of these details.

Cages are designed to be unaffected by ground movements. There is a 2 mm thick cage leg at every 60 cm and wide legged pads placed under these legs. In addition, the cage system is fixed with steel pulling dowels in every 10 legs. The system which gains maximum resistance in this view can be installed up to 8 kata-free without platform.

Cage’s Holes;

The sections are in size of 1200 x 600 mm. The pitch of one section is 435 mm height.

The bottom layer is designed as 160 mm between the bottom tier and the floor. A height adjustment of 5 cm can be made to the lowest part of the cage by means of the leg adjusting bolt.

In the feeding system within the cage system, it is aimed to reach the easiest way of eating quails and to provide homogenous feed to the quails. The feed that the quail needs is delivered to the feed distribution system through the steel spiral from the feed stock silos located outside the poultry within the system.

With the specially designed feeders suitable for the nature of the quail, the feed wastage is minimized and the possibility of selecting the feed is elevated to allow the entire feed content to be consumed by the quail.

It is aimed to distribute sanitary and homogeneous food by mixing the feed with specially designed feed distribution apparatus in the internal feed system. By means of the rail on the cage construction and the special steel rope, the bait car moving due to automation distributes homogeneously to the feed grooves in front of the quail. As a result of research that Güres Teknoloji R & G teams have conducted, fluidity performance has been maximized with the feed bucket jaw which is designed in accordance with the physical structure of quail swear.

Feed grooves have a double structure with a strong structure and the special design suitable for the quail's nature minimizes the external parasitic problems that can occur in the poultry house. Because of the special design of the bait, external parasites cannot shelter around and around the bait.

With the appropriate inclined lower tether found in the cage holes, it is ensured that the eggs can reach the egg channel easily and in a healthy manner. This reduces the rate of cracking and contamination that can occur in the eggs to the minimum level.

Below the lower wire there is a 3 mm thick wire threading through the head. Thanks to these strands that fulfill the function of stretching, they are provided with a suitable inclined lower tele flexible and comfortable ground for quail. A flexible ground on hard ground is better than animal welfare and health.

For quails, drinking water is transported to the nipple water pipes by natural or controlled flow management via antibacterial water reservoirs located in front of each floor and row. Nipple water pipes are mounted to the level that the chickens can reach. Quails meet water needs from nipples with red plastic and stainless steel construction on this pipe. Below the nipples there are V-shaped plastic drop catchers. It is also possible to check whether the water reaches the end of the line by means of the water level indicator at the end of the nipple water pipe line. In addition, a warning system sensitive to water shortage is also included in the system.

There is also a water level indicator at the end of the nipple water pipes. There is a nipple made of 4 red plastic and stainless steel material on both sides and a V-shaped plastic drop catcher on the PVC pipe passing through the cage between the cage holes. The water pipe is mounted at a suitable height and the chickens are aimed to reach the nipples in the easiest way.

There are 1 mm thick PP manure bands that extend along the cage under each cage line and floor and allow for perfect cleaning of the gravel. The fertilizer falls on these bands and it is cleaned by pulling the 1 HP manure belt with the gear motors.

The fertilizer transferred to the horizontal manure discharge conveyor at the end of the coop and the rollers and scrapers on each floor are transferred to the vertical manure discharge conveyor located outside the coop.
