WATERFALL EGG COLLECTION SYSTEM

Eggs taken from the egg basket in front of the animals in the poultry and transported to the head of the waterfall egg collecting unit are passed through the separator conveyors located in the head of the head and transferred to the eggs collecting conveyor at fixed height through spoons in the special structure.

The separating conveyor located in front of the transfer spoons eliminates the membrane eggs and ensures that the unshorn egg does not reach the spatula.

In this system, eggs are collected at the same time on each floor of each battery, so a faster egg collection process is done.

Thanks to its special structure, the egg conveying conveyor can be rotated to 90° without any rotation to reach the desired egg collection center. The risk of damage to the ova that are transported without transport is lifted.
