T-625 MODEL ENRICHABLE LAYER CAGE
The materials used in the main structure of the cage consist of high standard hot dip galvanized sheet and wire materials. All galvanized sheets and wires used in cage constructions and cage sections are ISO 9001 certified. Galvanized coating ratio and shape; it is vitally important to prevent deformation caused by fertilizer-induced acid, rust and mold. Deformations in the cages cause shortening of the life of the cage, as well as the health of the animals in the cage. As Güres Technology we are aware of these details.
Cages are designed to be unaffected by ground movements. There is a 2 mm thick cage leg at every 60 cm and wide legged pads placed under these legs. In addition, the cage system is fixed with steel pulling dies once every 10 legs. The system which gains maximum resistance on this count, can be mounted 8 cartons without platform, 12 cartons without platform.
Cage Sections
The sections are in size of 1200 x 625 mm. The pitch of one section is 650 mm height.
The distance between the bottom layer and the bottom layer is designed to be 350 mm in accordance with the European animal welfare law. A height adjustment of 5 cm can be made to the lowest part of the cage by means of the leg adjusting bolt.
In the feeding system that is included in the cage system, it is aimed that the chickens can reach the easiest way to eat and homogenous feed to the chickens. The feed required by the chickens is delivered to the feed distribution system through the steel spiral from the feed stock silo located outside the poultry within the system.
In the feeding system two different feed distribution systems can be offered, namely an Interlaced and a Chain distribution system. It is aimed to distribute sanitary and homogeneous food by mixing the feed with specially designed feed distribution apparatus in the internal feed system. Through the rail on the cage construction and the special steel rope, the bait car moving due to automation distributes homogeneously to the feed grooves in front of the feed hens.
In the chain feed distribution system, the feed is made by means of special construction chains that move in the presence of the feed in front of the chickens and carry the feed. Both distribution systems can be fully automated or manual.
The feed grooves have a double structure with a strong structure and the special design minimizes the external parasitic problems that can occur in the poultry house. Because of the special design of the bait, external parasites cannot shelter around and around the bait.
With the appropriate inclined lower tether found in the cage holes, it is ensured that the eggs can reach the egg channel easily and in a healthy manner.
Under the cage bottom wire there is a 3 mm thick wire threading through the cage. Thanks to these strands that fulfill the function of stretching, the appropriate inclined lower tele is flexible and has a comfortable ground for chickens. A flexible floor on hard ground is better than animal welfare and egg cleaning.
In the T-625 Model enrichable cage model; the EU-20 model can be transformed into an enriched cage conforming to the European Union animal welfare law by removing some cage parts in the hole and adding a tuning area, a curled follicle and a scarf.
1200 mm can be converted to a 2400 mm hole size by removing the intermediate wire.
For chickens, drinking water is transported to the nipple water pipes by natural or controlled flow management via antibacterial water reservoirs located in front of each floor and row. Nipple water pipes are mounted to the level that the chickens can reach. Chickens meet their water needs from nipples with red plastic and stainless steel construction on this pipe. Below the nipples there are V-shaped plastic drop catchers. It is also possible to check whether the water reaches the end of the line by means of the water level indicator at the end of the nipple water pipe line. In addition, a warning system sensitive to water shortage is also included in the system.
In the egg collection system developed by Güres Technology engineers and integrated in the cage systems, the eggs can easily reach to the egg canal with suitable slope shaped bottom wires located in the sections, so that the broken and dirty egg ratio can be minimized. To egg canal flowing eggs are transported to the egg collection conveyor via special PP egg conveyor belts with anti-static, dust-free properties. In addition, there are spiral shaped special design egg belt cleaning brushes located at the end of each egg canal.
As lift and niagara egg collecting system are offered as two different systems. In lift egg collecting system, there is egg collecting conveyor moving up and down by the help of lift, while a fixed egg collecting conveyor is used in niagara egg collecting system. In the niagara egg collecting system, the eggs are collected from egg canals located in each tier of each row at same time(simultaneously) and delivered to the egg collecting conveyor.
There are 1 mm thick PP manure bands that extend along the cage under each cage line and floor and allow for perfect cleaning of the gravel. The fertilizer falls on these bands and it is cleaned by pulling the 1 HP manure belt with the gear motors.
The fertilizer transferred to the horizontal manure discharge conveyor at the end of the coop and the rollers and scrapers on each floor are transferred to the vertical manure discharge conveyor located outside the coop.
