C-68 MODEL CHICK CAGE

The materials used in the main structure of the cage consist of high standard hot dip galvanized sheet and wire materials. All galvanized sheets and wires used in cage constructions and cage sections are ISO 9001 certified. Galvanized coating ratio and shape; it is vitally important to prevent deformation caused by fertilizer-induced acid, rust and mold. Deformations in the cages cause shortening of the life of the cage, as well as the health of the animals in the cage. As Güres Technology we are aware of these details.

Cages are designed to be unaffected by ground movements. There is a 2 mm thick cage leg at every 60 cm and wide legged pads placed under these legs. In addition, the cage system is fixed with steel pulling dies once every 10 legs. There is also a 2.5 mm thick lower support sheet under each hole. The system which gains maximum resistance in this count can be installed 6 times without platform, 8 times without platform without problems.

Cage Sections

The sections are in size of 1200 x 680 mm. The pitch of one section is 550 mm height.

The bottom layer is designed as 160 mm between the bottom tier and the floor. A height adjustment of 5 cm can be made to the lowest part of the cage by means of the leg adjusting bolt.

There are 3 wires, each 3 mm in thickness, that pass through the bottom of the head under the lower wire. These wires provide a flexible base. A flexible ground on hard ground is better than animal welfare and health.

The chick cage is suitable for sensitive construction of the chick during the whole process from the first day to the emergence of the chick with special structure.

Chick enlargement cages have chick and float options. The entire cage can be built as a solid chick, or it can be set up solidly on certain floors depending on the desire.

The chick floors have an adjustable feeder slider plate, a more frequent woven special bottom wire, plastic chick carpets in each hole, and a water bowl (Nipple water line mounted on pipeline) mounted on each base.

In the feeding system within the cage system, it is aimed that the chicks can reach the easiest way from the first day of eating and provides homogenous feed to the chicks. The feed needed for the chicks is delivered to the feed distribution system through the steel spiral from the feed stock silos located outside the poultry within the system.

C-68 model chick enlargement cages are available with precise adjustment mechanism slides that provide easy access to food during each chick period. The chicks put in this way can eat feed from the first day.

In the feeding system two different feed distribution systems can be offered, namely an Interlaced and a Chain distribution system. It is aimed to distribute sanitary and homogeneous food by mixing the feed with specially designed feed distribution apparatus in the internal feed system. By means of the rail and special steel rope on the cage construction, the bait car, which moves due to automation, distributes homogeneously to the feed grooves in front of the feed chicks.

In the chain feed distribution system, the feed is made by means of special construction chains that move in the presence of the feed in front of the chickens and carry the feed. Both distribution systems can be fully automated or manual.

The feed grooves have a double structure with a strong structure and the special design minimizes the external parasitic problems that can occur in the poultry house. Because of the special design of the bait, external parasites cannot shelter around and around the bait.

Drinking water for chicks is delivered to the nipple water pipes by natural or controlled flow management through antibacterial water reservoirs located in front of each floor and row. Nipple water pipes are mounted in a level that can be reached by chicks. The chicks meet their water needs from nipples with red plastic and stainless steel construction on this pipe. Underneath the nipples there are V-shaped plastic drippers. It is also possible to check whether the water reaches the end of the line by means of the water level indicator at the end of the nipple water pipe line. In addition, a warning system sensitive to water shortage is also included in the system.

There is also a water level indicator at the end of the nipple water pipe. There are 2 pieces of PVC pipe between the cage holes and the head of the cage. There are nipple made of 4 red plastic and stainless steel materials and 1 water dish on each side. The watering pipeline is mounted at a suitable height and it is aimed to reach the nipples in the easiest way.

All four nipples in one hole on the chick folds are 360 C° nipple (drunk). Fixed nipples are used on floors

There are 1 mm thick PP manure bands that extend along the cage under each cage line and floor and allow for perfect cleaning of the gravel. The fertilizer falls on these bands and the 1 HP fertilizer band is towed and cleaned by the gear motors. The rollers and scrapers on each floor and the fertilizer are transferred from there to the vertical manure discharge conveyor located outside the poultry house.

Chickens, as every other creature has in its offspring, have special needs. As Güres Technology we are aware of this and continue to make our cage production with this precision.
